March | Brunch, Geeking Out and Craig David

March Favourites

March 2017. It’s been and it’s gone. But what a cracking month it was. The weather has finally started to get a little warmer, the nights a little lighter and, AND, my bank account is starting to see the results of me being a bit more conscious with my dollar dollar.

Now, usually, this post is an extended account of what I’ve got up to throughout the month. However, since my Life Lately updates cover that in a bitesize weekly format. I’m thinking of changing these monthly updates more into just a list of things I’ve been loving throughout this month. That might be the places I’ve been, blog posts I’ve read, songs I’ve listened to, experiences I’ve had, cool things I’ve bought or whatever I’ve been seriously loving.

So, here goes.

Here’s what I’ve been loving this month.

Picnic dates in the park on a sunny day.

Brunch at Ox Club. Leeds peeps, you need to go there.

The lighter nights.

Seeing Craig David live for the second time. OMG, SO GOOD!

The new Homesense store in Leeds. TAKE MY MONEY NOW.

The pink tulips that I bought to me, from me. Treat yo’self.

My Serenity Sydney candle that smells like an absolute dream.

Serenity Sydney candle from Homesense

Finding a new flatmate. Stress over.

Celebrating 7 years of friendship with one of my besties.

We ate at Australaisa which was beaut.

Seeing a baby cow in its first few seconds of life at Yummy Yorkshire.

Geeking it up at the SEO and Content conference in LDN.

And also seeing the capital in the beautiful sunshine.

Ain’t no city better when the clouds are gone.

I got new Vans. And they’re super cute.

I also went snowboarding at Xscape for the first time in forever.

My arms and shoulders were aching so much the next day.

Trying my hand at Latte Art at 200 Degrees.

It’s not as easy as it looks guys.

Starting Becoming by Laura Jane Williams.

I went on about not being able to get back into reading but so far this book has me hooked.

Calvin Harris’ new track has got me in the mood for summer.

Oh man, I booked flights to Ibiza.

This makes me so happy.

Cruising round cool beaches with a cutie? SO EXCITED.

Mollie’s post also makes me want to go to Wales.

Checking out Tony Cragg’s new exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

It’s the best thing I’ve seen up there for a while.

Hearing hilarious stories from my Grandad.

Team meal at Almost Famous.

The warmer weather.

Girls nights.

We went bowling. I lost. Like I suck at that  game.

Blonder hair.

Face timing with my buddy in HK.

What’s coming up in April?

Well, I’ll be continuing to save my money. I have a trip to Ibiza AND a Surprise Trip coming up in the next 3 months. I’ll also be going to Cocktails in the City in Leeds next week and at the end of the month I have a week off work. I cannot wait for some much needed chill time and I’ll also be down in London for a few days for Traverse 17! HOW EXCITING!

I hope you’ve all had a great month? Tell me, what have you been up to?
